Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP, and EXCLUDE DELIVERY. The delivery cost will be added to your total purchase price where applicable. In the unlikely event that a price is incorrect due to human error or otherwise, we retain the right to cancel or change any affected orders.

Item Condition

All our items are described as accurately as possible, however please remember that there may be additional evidence of use and wear from their history. Please take every opportunity to satisfy yourself an item is in the condition you require prior to purchasing, or contact us to request any further details.

Photography and Descriptions

We aspire to ensure that all descriptions of our items are correct and as transparent as possible. Photographs are taken with as clear a representation of the item as is possible.

Shipping/Delivery

You will be quoted a delivery cost upon submitting your delivery address to us. The delivery cost will be based on the specifics of the item and your location, and will be added to your total purchase cost. Delivery within the UK usually takes between 3-5 days working days. Delivery to Europe and the rest of the World is subject to location and the item ordered.

Returns/Liability

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy for you to return the item to us within 14-days for a full refund. The item must be packaged in its original packaging, with no additional signs of wear & tear. We are unable to refund the initial delivery cost, and you will be required to pay for delivery back to us. If an item is believed to be faulty or damaged, once returned back to us we will investigate and if the item was deemed to be faulty or damaged prior to delivery then we will offer a full refund.
